​It is that time of year.... to think of Christmas and capturing your annual Christmas Photos!

 

Session are $250.00 and require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. An invoice for the deposit will be emailed to you to pay to hold your spot via credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due the day of the session via cash, check, venmo or Apple Pay.  Session includes the fully edited digital images sent via online gallery for the digital download and the rights to print.

This session is for immediate family only, back to back sessions can be booked for extended family, or friends to have photos together. Each immediate family must pay for their own time slot.  If you have questions about this just email me. 

 

LOCATION-Memories by Mandy Studio 509 Wolverine Street Rockford, MI. It is a 2 story maroon and orange brick building in the industrial area just north of downtown Rockford. My entrance is in the back of the building. Look for signs on the building and in the parking lot.

DAY OF PROCEDURE:

When you arrive STAY IN YOUR CAR. Text 616-633-1193 with your name and time slot. You will be texted when you may enter. DO NOT come in without a text saying to do so. I only allow 1 family in the studio at a time to give my full attention and to minimize distractions.

When coming into the studio limit what you bring in and what you need to do when you enter. Hair should be done, outfits on and everyone ready to go once coats are off. Late arrivals or time spent on hair and clothing etc will come off of your time allotted.

This year all 3 backgrounds will be offered for every date. Simply choose the date and time that works best for you. You will choose which background on the paperwork you fill out after you book the session! Only one background will be used for your session. You may NOT use multiple backgrounds or switch one you arrive.

No previews will be posted so these photos can be a surprise for your Christmas cards.

 

Photos will be delivered 2 weeks after your photo date via email.
