It’s that time of year again — time to think about Christmas and capture your annual holiday photos!

Session Details:
✨ $250 per session
💰 $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your spot (invoice will be emailed for online payment via credit or debit card)
💵 Remaining balance due on the day of your session (cash, check, Venmo, or Apple Pay accepted)
📸 Includes fully edited digital images delivered via online gallery, with download and print rights included

Family Policy:
These sessions are for immediate family only.
If you’d like extended family or friends to join, back-to-back sessions can be booked. Each immediate family must book and pay for their own time slot. (Email me with any questions!)

Location:
📍 Memories by Mandy Studio
509 Wolverine Street, Rockford, MI
Located in a two-story maroon and orange brick building in the industrial area just north of downtown Rockford.
➡️ Entrance is in the back — watch for signs on the building and in the parking lot!

Day of Your Session:
🚗 Stay in your car upon arrival and text 616-633-1193 with your name and session time.
You’ll receive a text when it’s your turn to enter — please wait until then. Only one family is allowed in the studio at a time to ensure a calm and focused experience.

👗 Please arrive ready to go — hair done, outfits on, coats off and smiles ready! Late arrivals or time spent on prep after entering will shorten your session time.

Backgrounds:
All three Christmas backgrounds will be available. You’ll choose your preferred setup when you sign your session contract.

📬 Delivery:
No previews will be posted so your photos can be a surprise for your Christmas cards!
Final edited galleries will be emailed within two weeks of your session date.
